Role : M365 Copilot Studio Developer

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop tailored AI agents using Copilot Studio, integrating Azure OpenAI and other AI services for scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify and define automation opportunities.
  • Customize workflows and models within Copilot Studio to achieve optimal performance and user experience.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on how to effectively utilize the developed AI solutions.
  • Deploy and monitor AI solutions, ensuring their continuous improvement and performance.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and M365 Copilot Studio.

Qualifications :

  • 4 - 7 years of professional experience in software development or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with M365 Copilot Studio and Azure AI services.
  • Knowledge of machine learning concepts, APIs, and basic coding (Python, PowerShell).
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders.
  • Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, or similar tools is a plus.
