Job description2-3 years of professional / freelance work experience in video editing Strong command over Adobe Creative Suite : Premier Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, Adobe Audition Storyboarding skills mandatory Ability to stitch VOs, dubbing, captioning, subtitles preferred Scriptwriting skills preferred A portfolio of outstanding work for leading brands and / or content creators Ability to deliver high-quality output without supervision Ability to create videos of new- age formats like reels, shoppable videos Ability to work well in collaboration with cross-functional teams Utmost respect for commitments and deadlines Good communication skills in English Keeping abreast of and a good understanding of latest in video creation industry

About WeInvert- WeInvert is a premier creative agency focusing on high quality video production solutions including live shoots, brand films, ad films, animation explainer videos. Our core team consists of alumni from esteemed institutions- ISB and IIM. We are looking to expand our in-house video delivery capability.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Create videos in a variety of formats using AI tools / softwares- 2D animation, motion graphics, anime
- Independently research on content ideas and themes and create authoritative content
- Measure outcomes and continuously iterate based on response and feedback
