Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune for a Commis 2. The Commis 2 will assist in food preparation, maintain high standards of food hygiene, and support chefs in cooking and plating dishes. Responsibilities include ensuring kitchen operations run smoothly, strictly adhering to safety and cleanliness protocols, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality culinary experiences.

Qualifications

• Food Preparation and Cooking skills
• Strong Culinary Skills with attention to detail
• Knowledge of Hygiene and kitchen safety practices
• Good Communication skills and teamwork abilities
• A passion for the culinary arts and continuous learning
• Relevant certifications or training in food handling and cooking (preferred)
