Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Property Advisor to join our growing team at Micro Mitti . The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, strong sales acumen, and the ability to understand client needs to offer the best property solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients to understand their property requirements.
• Provide professional advice on buying, selling, or investing in residential / commercial properties.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and site visits.
• Arrange and conduct site visits with potential clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, prices, and inventory.
• Maintain a strong relationship with clients for repeat and referral business.
• Ensure excellent customer service before and after the sale.
• Coordinate with the backend team for documentation and closure.
