Role Overview
The Senior Manager – Corporate Sales will position Prolite as a strategic partner for HR teams across large organizations. The role focuses on building strong relationships, pitching solutions clearly, and driving end-to-end sales closures.
You will collaborate closely with leadership and internal teams to ensure clients understand the value Prolite brings through its Events, Engagement Initiatives and HR-focused services.
Reporting to : Director & Sales Head
Core Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Execution
- Build and execute targeted sales strategies for corporate sectors.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Make and Deliver clear, compelling presentations to HR teams.
- Drive revenue growth from existing client accounts through insider sales.
2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Connect with prospective clients via email, phone, social media, and in-person meetings.Understand client requirements and challenges, and match them with the right solutions.Present offerings with a strong business-value narrative.Provide post-sales support to ensure a smooth experience.3. Team & Cross-Functional Leadership
Guide and motivate sales colleagues to meet performance goals as and when required.Support interviewing, hiring, and training for the sales team as and when required.Work with marketing, content, creative, and production teams to enhance pitches and campaign execution.Ensure sales and marketing efforts stay aligned.4. Market Intelligence & Reporting
Conduct research to identify industry trends, opportunities, and competitor activity.Track sales metrics and prepare performance reports for leadership.Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and improvement strategies.Lead internal discussions to refine goals and approaches.Skills & Competencies
