Job Summary : Wissen Technology is hiring Java Full Stack Developers to build scalable, enterprisegrade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern front-end frameworks for Angular. The role involves end-to-end development, API integration, and performance optimization in Agile environments. Strong backend expertise, front-end skills, and experience with microservices are essential.

Location : Mumbai

Mode of Work : Full time -hybrid

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and maintain low-latency, high-performance enterprise applications using Core Java (Java and above).
  • Implement and integrate APIs using Spring Framework and Apache CXF.
  • Build microservices-based architecture for scalable and distributed systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for high / low-level design, development, and deployment of software solutions.
  • Optimize performance through efficient multithreading, memory management, and algorithm design.
  • Ensure best coding practices, conduct code reviews, and perform unit / integration testing.
  • Work with RDBMS (preferably Sybase) for backend data integration.
  • Analyze complex business problems and deliver innovative technology solutions in the financial / trading domain.
  • Work in Unix / Linux environments for deployment and troubleshooting.

Requirements :

  • 3– 7 years of strong hands-on experience in Core Java, Spring boot, microservices, data structures.
  • Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
  • Proven experience with Spring, CXF, and REST / SOAP web services.
  • Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
  • Experience working with Sybase or other relational databases.
  • Expertise in multithreading, concurrency, and high-throughput server-side development.
  • Exposure to capital markets, sales & trading platforms, or similar financial services applications.
  • Good working knowledge of Unix / Linux environments.
  • Experience in solution architecture and design documentation is a strong plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with global teams.

    • Good to have skills :

  • Experience with Angular (latest versions) or other modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and deployment pipelines (CI / CD, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
  • Hands-on experience with messaging frameworks (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar).
  • Exposure to NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis) for handling unstructured data.
  • Knowledge of performance tuning and profiling tools (JProfiler, VisualVM, etc.).
  • Understanding of DevOps practices and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
  • Experience in test automation frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, Selenium, or Cucumber).
  • Awareness of security best practices in application development (OAuth, JWT, SSL / TLS).
  • Familiarity with financial industry regulations and compliance (MiFID II, Basel III, etc.).
  • Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in developer communities.
