Sr US IT Recruiter

Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based roles across various domains

Source candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and other platforms

Conduct initial screenings and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit

Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with US-based hiring managers

Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers

Ensure compliance with US staffing protocols and documentation standards

Work in EST time zones as needed

Requirements

4–6 years of experience in US IT staffing or technical recruitment

Strong understanding of US hiring practices, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and work authorizations

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Familiarity with ATS and CRM tools

Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously

Willingness to work night shifts or overlapping US hours
