Position Overview :
the incumbent shall be responsible for driving marketing interventions for tiles and adhesive businesses that shall involve but not be limited to Product Launches, POSMs, Product Packaging, Digital Marketing, and mapping consumer insights.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Marketing Strategy & Execution :
Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Drive 360° marketing for the assigned business which includes :
exploring avenues for incremental sales growth through targeted NPD
Pricing Strategies and Channel Placement Strategies
Improving overall brand image by constantly developing and curating relevant marketing communication (ATL, BTL, Digital) to support sales and product launches
Provide relevant market intelligence reports to track performance and present proposals so that appropriate actions could be initiated to support the growth of the business
2. Product & Brand Management :
Lead Product Packaging, POSMs and Merchandising efforts.
Manage end-to-end product launch campaigns to maximize market impact.
3. Digital Marketing & Consumer Insights :
Develop and manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media, SEO / SEM, and influencer collaborations.
Analyse digital performance metrics to optimize marketing spend and ROI.
Leverage consumer insights and market research to drive brand differentiation.
Identifying consumer buying trends and product preferences through Market Visits and Sales Interactions.
Curating Schemes for the season to promote sell out and consumer preference by analysing competition schemes and market demand
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Work closely with sales, product development, and R&D teams to align marketing efforts with business needs.
Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for creative and campaign execution.
Drive engagement with key stakeholders, including dealers, distributors, and architects.
Qualifications & Skills :
Education : MBA / PGDM in Marketing or a related field.
Strong understanding of brand & category management, product marketing, and digital trends .
Ability to conceptualize and execute innovative marketing campaigns.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and data analytics .
