Job Description : General Corporate :

• Prepare, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements and documentation such as services agreements, SAAS agreements, terms and conditions etc. and drafting letters, responses to user complaints, notices, etc. with the internal and external stakeholders.
• Advise on contract structure and risk mitigation strategies.

Contract and litigation management :

Legal and corporate compliances :

Liaison with external lawyers and litigation monitoring :

Legal Notices, Police Complaints, representations, letters etc. :

Routine research and advisory :
