Salary Range : ₹25,000–₹40,000 / month (Fixed) + Performance Incentives
About the Role :
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Enterprise Sales to lead our B2B sales efforts for the EV fleet and telematics division. You'll be responsible for building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and managing high-value deals across fleet and enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to onboard fleet and enterprise clients.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline for consistent revenue growth.
- Conduct meetings, demos, and negotiations with key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with marketing and pre-sales teams for proposal and pitch support.
- Achieve quarterly targets of ₹25L+ MRR additions.
