Job Summary :

Seeking a skilled Firewall TAC Engineer (Level 3) to provide advanced technical support for firewall infrastructure. The candidate will handle complex troubleshooting, configuration, and optimization tasks to ensure network security and firewall performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide L3 technical support and troubleshooting for firewall products (e.g., Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point).
• Analyze and resolve complex firewall, VPN, and network security issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for firewall design and deployment.
• Implement security policies and rules as per organizational standards.
• Monitor firewall health, log analysis, and incident response.
• Assist in firewall upgrades, patches, and firmware updates.
• Document solutions and create knowledge base articles.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide timely updates.
