The Technical and Business Operations Team Lead will oversee the media operations team in Pune supporting Vubiquitys global operations. This individual will help to design deploy and operate workflows that interface with service groups currently located in Cyprus London Toronto and Los Angeles. The team Lead must drive operational excellence and ensure tasks are performed at the highest standards to meet the needs of Vubiquitys clients across top tier studio and network business.

Track team hours maintain the team schedule identifying staffing level requirements and overall responsibility for hiring and performance management.
