This is a Full-Time Job located in Chennai, India.

Essential Functions :

• Will be the owner of quality assurance for multiple open AI based workflow and decision platforms.
• Will be responsible for validation of process service automation using Open AI
• Will be responsible for development, execution, analysis and maintenance of test cases and test automation scripts
• Play a key role in testing planning, pre-grooming, grooming and sprint planning
• Responsible for sprint, release and regression automation
• Responsible to sign off release from quality standpoint
• Will be involved in build, deployment and manage environments
• Organise demo to all stakeholders, present QA reports, metrics with analysis
• Understand customer issues and challenges, provide analysis and recommendations
• Collaborate effectively with product, development and QA team members
• Coach and mentor junior engineers
