Real Estate Accountant

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Accountant role located in Bengaluru. The Real Estate Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, handling accounts payable and receivable, managing budgets, preparing financial reports, and conducting audits specific to real estate projects. The role also involves ensuring compliance with local financial regulations and providing accurate financial analyses to support business decisions.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, reconciliation, and reporting

Experience in real estate accounting, budgeting, and financial planning

Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel

Attention to detail, accuracy in calculations, and analytical skills

Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate financial data to non-financial stakeholders

Professional certification such as CPA, CA, or CMA is a plus

Previous experience in real estate or construction industries is advantageous

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
