• Collaborate closely with Product Management teams to design and develop businessmodules.
• As a manager, coordinate a diverse team and ensure collaboration between differentdepartments. Empathetic and fair yet demanding management with particular attentionto operational excellence.
• Actively participate in resolving technical issues and challenges that the teamencounters during development and escalated client implementation and productionissues
• Anticipate technical challenges and work to address them proactively to minimizedisruptions to the development process. Guides the team in making architecturalchoices
• Promote and advocate for best practices in software development, including codingstandards, testing practices, and documentation.
• Make informed decisions on technical trade-offs and communicate those decisions tothe team and stakeholders.
• Be on top of critical client / implementation issues and keep stakeholders informed.PROFILE
• Good proficiency overlaps with technologies like : Java17, Spring, SpringMVC, RESTfulweb services, Hibernate, RDBMS, Spring Security, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, JMeter,Angular.
• Strong experience in developmenttools, CI / CD pipelines. Extensive experience withAgile.
• Deep understanding of cloud technologies on atleast one ofthe cloud platforms AWS,Azure or Google Cloud
• Strong communicator with ability to collaborate cross-functionally, build relationships,and achieve broader organizational goals.
• Proven leadership skills
• Product development experience preferred. Fintech orlending domain experience is aplus.
