Job descriptionExperience with OSS orchestration tools (e.g., Itential, Netcracker, Amdocs, or ServiceNow Telco modules). Exposure to Network Automation, 5G Core, or SDN / NFV . Understanding of data pipelines and analytics in telecom (Data Lake, ETL, Kafka Streams).
Telecom BSS / OSS experience MANDATORY.
Required Skills and Experience
- 10+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years in architecture or solution design .
- Background in Telecom BSS / OSS domains — Order Management, Service Fulfillment, Service Assurance, Mediation, and Billing.
- Proven experience designing microservices and event-driven architectures using Docker, Kubernetes, and Kafka.
- Expertise in cloud architecture with CI / CD automation and knowledge of infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Experience integrating systems via APIs and message brokers (such as Kafka).
- Familiarity with TM Forum frameworks (SID, eTOM, Open APIs) is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of database technologies – SQL (PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
