Role : Counsellor

We are looking for a Counsellor to join our team and support students in planning their overseas education journey for destinations such as the UK, USA, Australia, and European countries.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of international education processes, strong communication skills, and a student-first mindset. You will help students and parents explore suitable study options, guide them through applications, and provide support throughout the admission and visa stages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized counseling to students and parents to help them select suitable courses, institutions, and countries.
  • Guide students through the application process — from university shortlisting and documentation to offer letters and visa applications.
  • Follow up with leads regularly to ensure timely action and high conversion.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress in the CRM.
  • Stay updated on admissions requirements and visa guidelines for key study destinations.
  • Offer clear, empathetic, and solution-oriented support to students and parents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 1–2 years of experience in overseas education counseling (UK, Australia, USA, European countries).
  • Basic knowledge of international admissions and visa processes.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, student-focused environment.
  • Based in Hyderabad.
