Job Summary :

looking for a seasoned legal manager to oversee civil recovery cases, DRT procedures, and secured and unsecured debt recovery. Managing recovery actions in many courts and forums, creating legal documents, and administering litigation are all part of the job description.

Key Responsibilities :

• To manage recovery-related matters in the North and neighboring regions and to bring legal action in each of them;
• To be able to lead and collaborate with the Recovery Team and Advocates;
• Regularly enacting various provisions of Civil, Criminal, DRT, SARFAESI, IBC, etc.;
• Coordinating with all panel lawyers to ensure timely filing of legal cases against Borrower and Guarantors, as well as timely follow-up and attendance at each hearing;
• Drafting and issuing legal notices, counterreplies, filing plaints, applications, and petitions before various courts in order to recover Bank's dues;
• The execution and service of various warrant types, as well as communication with law enforcement organizations such as the police, administration, and judiciary on behalf of the bank;
• Examining the procedures under the SARFAESI Act for taking possession and auctioning it;
• Participating in the NCLT / NCLAT hearing and the COC meeting; serving as the bank's representative in court and protecting the bank's interests in all circumstances
• To maintain and update various forms of MIS reporting in close coordination with Team Members;
• To follow up with customers for early account resolution and accomplish specified collection targets;
• To defend criminal complaints before the police station and all consumer cases that may be filed against the bank;
