Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise in ServiceMax to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, ServiceMax configuration, and integration with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce and ServiceMax solutions.
  • Configure ServiceMax functionalities including Work Orders, Entitlements, and Preventive Maintenance.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integrations.
  • Perform unit testing, deployment, and maintenance of Salesforce / ServiceMax environments.

Required Skills :

  • 6–10 years of total experience with at least 3+ years in ServiceMax.
  • Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (LWC / Aura), SOQL, and REST / SOAP APIs .
  • Experience with ServiceMax field service processes and Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

    • Good to Have :

  • Salesforce and / or ServiceMax certifications.
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
