Director - Quality Engineering

Requirements :

• Lead and develop Engineering Managers, senior engineers, and QE programs for FlashArray / FlashBlade; set enterprise-quality standards.
• Partner with leaders in FlashArray / FlashBlade to foster ownership and rapid decision-making.
• Collaborate with Product to align quality goals with strategy and customer needs.
• Scale with growth : address scaling challenges as teams expand.
• Own Enterprise Readiness Quality strategy : balance short-term milestones with long-term roadmaps.
• Stakeholder alignment : drive system-level quality products amid rapid growth.
• Automation-first culture : champion automation across QE practices and tools.

• Experience : 15+ years in Enterprise Products; 8+ years in leadership; 2+ years of second-level management.
• Quality leadership : proven end-to-end QE initiative delivery.
• SDLC mastery : manage projects across full lifecycle; robust customer feedback loops.
• Agile maturity : experience growing short-iteration Scrum environments.
• Team building : track record of scaling high-performing teams.
• Technical depth : hands-on in File System / Storage Ecosystems; Linux kernel storage / drivers.
• Continuous improvement : passion for practical, demonstrable improvements.
• Automation & CI / CD : develop automation frameworks; integrate with CI / CD and TDD.
• Analytical problem-solving : guide system software, networking, security, and applications.
• Communication : strong written and verbal skills.
• Education : BS in Computer Science or :
