Summary of the role If you seek a rewarding opportunity in working for a social and divine cause, you may be the executive to join our Hare Krishna Movement Charitable Foundation (HKMCF) team. HKMCF India has experienced tremendous growth and is looking for a result driven Assistant Architect in Civil and Architecture. This is a Full-Time Employee position responsible to support senior architects by creating and preparing drawings and blueprints, researching and applying building codes, and coordinating with contractors and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will also assist with project management tasks, conduct site visits, and help prepare and present design proposals. You should be from Architecture / Urban planning background with BE Civil degree. Responsibilities  Design and documentation : Assist in developing architectural designs, prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3 D models using CAD software and create presentations.

 Research and compliance : Research and apply building codes, zoning regulations, and standards to projects. Assist in submitting drawings for building permits and ensure designs comply with all guidelines.

 Project coordination : Coordinate with other professionals, including engineers, contractors, and consultants. Assist in project management tasks such as scheduling and cost estimation.

 Site and quality assurance : Participate in site visits and inspections to ensure work aligns with design specifications. Assist in quality assurance by checking for design compliance and briefing team members on corrections.

 Team interaction : Interact with Project head to incorporate the plans into the project drawings. Support and assist other members of the design and production teams.

 Administrative support : Assist in compiling data, performing basic design computations, and managing project documentation and files.  Flexible working with Third-Party Vendors / Implementation Partners.

 Around 3 to 5 years of proven experience on the above areas.
