    • ???? About the Internship :
    • We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This internship is ideal for candidates interested in the full recruitment lifecycle and eager to learn the ins and outs of hiring top IT talent—both domestically and through external sources.

      As a Recruitment Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various technical roles, while working closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers.

    • ???? Key Responsibilities :
    • Assist in sourcing potential candidates through job portals, social media (LinkedIn), internal databases, and campus outreach.
    • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach and assessments.
    • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
    • Manage and update candidate databases (ATS, Excel, etc.).
    • Support both domestic hiring (within India or your country) and external hiring (third-party agencies or international reach, if applicable).
    • Draft and post job descriptions across multiple platforms.
    • Help improve recruitment pipelines and track performance metrics.
    • Maintain candidate experience and timely communication throughout the process.

    • Full-cycle IT recruitment processes and best practices.
    • How to work with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and professional sourcing tools.
    • Communication and negotiation skills in real-world hiring scenarios.
    • Exposure to a variety of IT roles and technical job requirements.
    • Understanding recruitment KPIs, market trends, and employer branding.
    • ✅ Requirements :

    • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field.
    • Strong interest in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
    • Proficient with MS Office and familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
    • ???? Bonus Points If You Have :
    • Previous internship or experience in HR or recruitment.
    • Understanding of IT job roles (developers, QA, DevOps, etc.).
    • Experience using any ATS or recruitment tools.
