Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position, based in Bhubaneswar, for a Tax Accounting Manager. The role involves leading tax planning, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and overseeing the preparation of tax returns. Responsibilities also include preparing and reviewing financial statements, resolving tax-related issues, and staying updated with evolving tax laws to provide strategic guidance. The Tax Accounting Manager will coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate tax and financial deliverables.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Tax Planning and Tax Compliance to ensure adherence to current laws and maximize financial benefits.
• Expertise in Tax Preparation and related processes for accurate and timely filings.
• Ability to prepare, analyze, and interpret Financial Statements and comprehensive tax documentation.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail to coordinate with clients and stakeholders effectively.
• Experience in leadership and team management within taxation and accounting functions.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Knowledge of local tax regulations and experience with tax tools / software would be advantageous.
