Business Operator / Future COO – Cybersecurity Startup

Job description Drive day-to-day operations– projects, follow-ups, tracking, and execution Coordinate with clients, consultants, and partners Help shape processes, offerings, and playbooks Support in sales & marketing – proposals, decks, calls, LinkedIn campaigns Own numbers – pipeline, revenue tracking, collections follow-up, etc. Work closely with founders to grow existing business to the next level 1–2 years of experience in consulting / startups / operations / business / cyber / SaaS / management Strong execution mindset – if something is decided, you make sure it happens Zest, energy, and ambition – you want to grow fast, not crawl Comfort with Excel, PPT, emails, basic project tracking tools Clear communication – written & verbal A builder’s mindset – you enjoy creating structure where there is none Attitude > Competitive base compensation (depending on profile) Lucrative equity-sharing opportunity – aligned with responsibility and performance Direct exposure to founders, clients, and decision-making Chance to build and scale a cyber startup from close quarters Fast-track growth – you prove yourself, you lead.
