Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of systems built on Spring Boot, Java, Microservices, and SQL.

The ideal candidate will have 3-7+ years of experience in L2 incident support and possess strong technical skills, including hardware / software troubleshooting, log checking, system monitoring, patch deployment, and ITIL framework.

Main Responsibilities :
Monitor system health and conduct routine checks
Investigate and resolve complex incidents escalated from L1
Perform root cause analysis and ensure resolution within SLA guidelines
Identify recurring problems and collaborate with development teams to implement lasting fixes and solutions for optimization

Key Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

Experience in Spring Boot, Java, Microservices, and SQL tech stack

Knowledge of ITIL framework and patch deployment

Familiarity with system monitoring and log checking tools
