SAP Basis Administrator - Implementation & Support

Description :

• Candidate should have hands-on experience in ChaRM implementation and support within SAP Solution Manager.
• Must be proficient in end-to-end change management processes (creation, approval, testing, and deployment of changes).
• Ability to troubleshoot ChaRM-related issues, manage retrofit scenarios, and ensure audit / compliance :
• 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP BASIS administration, configuration, and management of SAP systems and HANA Responsibilities :
• Administration, configuration, and management of SAP systems and HANA database.
• System monitoring, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and optimization across multiple SAP modules.
• SAP installations, upgrades, patching, transport management, and backup / recovery processes.
• Database management, primarily SAP HANA (knowledge of Sybase / MaxDB is an added advantage).
• Implementation and support of ChaRM (Change Request Management) within SAP Solution Manager.
• Managing end-to-end change management processes including creation, approval, testing, and deployment of changes.
• Troubleshooting ChaRM-related issues, managing retrofit scenarios, and ensuring audit / compliance readiness.
