Senior AI / ML Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI / ML Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of intelligent, scalable, and impactful solutions.

• 3-10 Years of experience with Machine Learning and software development.
• Degree in computer science or related field.
• Proficient in Python & software development best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to provide expert advice by communicating a structured narrative to non-technical staff and clients.
• A coaching & knowledge sharing mindset.
• Experience with deploying ML models to a large user base.
• Familiarity with MLOps way of working.
• Leader in a team structure.
• An engineer that understands customer business needs and translates them into end-to-end technical solutions.
• Makes applications that are carefully architected, scalable and robust through their combined skills in engineering and machine learning.
• Deploys production ready pipelines and ML models on the Cloud using Python.
• Exploring state-of-the-art ML research and driving internal evaluation and adoption of cutting edge tools and frameworks.
• Responsible for the high-quality delivery of projects.
• Tech guides junior engineers.
• Delivers technical workshops for clients.
• Leveraging expertise to help sales qualify and land exciting projects.
• Leading projects with confidence as a tech lead.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, and have a strong passion for innovation and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI / ML.
