Assistant Manager (08 / 10 / 2025)

We are looking for a proactive and detail oriented professional to join our Export Dept. The candidate will be responsible for managing end to end exports operation, ensuring seamless coordination with International Clients and subsidiaries, and contributing to the company’s global growth strategy.

Qualification & Experience :

Education : B.Com and CA

Experience : 4 – 6 years in export operations, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sectors / corporate house / professional firms

Technical proficiency : Strong command of MS Office and SAP (preferred), data analysis and reporting.

Desired Skills :

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities

Key Responsibilities :

Order Management :

Oversee the complete exports order cycle, from receipt of enquiry to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Client Liaison :

Maintain regular communication with International customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring high level of customer satisfaction.

Pricing & Offers :

Develop competitive pricing strategies and prepare tailored offer for clients considering market dynamics and company policy.

Subsidiary Coordination :

Collaborate with foreign subsidiaries to align on export activities, streamline operations and monitoring quarterly financial statement of subsidiary.

MIS, Pre-qualification documents :

Prepare internal MIS reports and pre-qualification documents as per need time to time.

Cross Functional Collaboration :

Work closely with internal departments such as sales, finance and logistics to facilitate smooth export processes.
