We’re looking for an entry-level E-Commerce Account Executive to support our Operations team on day-to-day tasks across multiple brands.
Role Overview
You will manage day-to-day operational activities on marketplaces (primarily Amazon; plus others as needed), ensure clean catalog hygiene, maintain stock availability, and keep accounts compliant and healthy. This is a great role for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities
- New Product Listing
- Create new ASINs with correct categories, attributes, and content as per brand guidelines.
- Listing Optimisation
- Update product images, titles, bullets and descriptions.
- Coordinate with design / content teams for new creatives and refined copy.
- Daily OOS Check & Sales Tracking
- Check stock levels for top 20% SKUs and flag low / zero inventory.
- Maintain and update daily sales & performance trackers for each brand.
- Weekly FBA Shipment Planning
- Plan and create FBA shipments based on sales velocity and inventory norms.
- Coordinate with warehouses / brand teams to ensure timely dispatch.
- Account Health Review
- Monitor account health dashboard for violations, suppressed ASINs, and Safe-T / policy issues.
- Flag risks early and coordinate internal actions to resolve.
- Blocked ASIN POA
- Draft and submit POAs for blocked listings under guidance from seniors.
- Track reopenings and resolutions on cases.
- Coupon & Deal Setup
- Set up coupons, deals and promotions as per the monthly marketing plan.
- Ensure all offers go live correctly and on time.
- Order Pick-Up & Dispute Resolution
- Raise, track and close cases related to pick-up issues, returns, and reimbursements.
- Weekly Ops Summary to Client
- Prepare weekly ops updates for each brand – key issues solved, pending items, and next steps.
- Coordinate with PPC and Account Management teams so messaging is aligned.
- General Operations Support
- Keep internal trackers, SOPs and reports updated.
- Support Shubham and Sagar with any ad-hoc operational tasks across brands.
Requirements
0–2 years of experience in e-commerce / marketplace operations (freshers welcome).Basic understanding of Amazon Seller Central / Flipkart Seller Hub is a plus; training will be provided.Strong comfort with Google Sheets / Excel (basic formulas, filters, sorting; willingness to learn more).Good written and verbal communication skills in English (Hindi / other regional language is a plus).High attention to detail and strong ownership mindset.Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy.Must have a laptop + stable internet for remote work.Comfortable working in Indian business hours (Mon–Sat) .What We Offer
