Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools). Ability to handle rejections positively and stay motivated. Students pursuing graduation or fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Hands-on experience in client interaction and lead generation. Mentorship from experienced professionals. Certificate of Internship upon completion.

About the Role :
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Telecalling Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has strong communication skills, and wants to build a foundation in sales, marketing, or customer relations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to potential clients / customers to introduce company products or services.
- Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly.
- Understand customer needs and provide relevant information.
- Assist in generating qualified leads for the sales team.
- Maintain call records and update CRM systems accurately.
- Support marketing and business development initiatives as needed.
