Role Description

This is a role for a Consultant at Kalpā Impact. The Consultant will be responsible for conducting research, develop strategic analysis, policy briefs, and implementing impact solutions. We are looking for candidates with top-tier academic credentials, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Qualifications

2-4 years experience in :

• Research, strategy, creative writing experience, preferably in a consulting or action-research organisation
• Technology (DPI, AI) for public interest applications or policy
• Project management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Data analysis and insight generation
• Impact assessment and monitoring

Bachelors or Masters degree from a reputed University with demonstrated academic excellence.
