Working Days : Monday to Friday

About the Role :

We’re hiring a Senior Recruitment Manager to lead client delivery and coordination for staffing operations. The role involves managing end-to-end delivery, ensuring timely closures, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle client delivery, coordination, and communication .

Ensure timely and quality fulfillment of client requirements.

Lead and guide the recruitment team to achieve delivery targets.

Manage client expectations and participate in review meetings.

Support sourcing / recruitment activities when required.

Track delivery performance and maintain closure reports.

Requirements :

3–10 years of experience in staffing / recruitment industry .

Strong knowledge of domestic hiring (IT / Non-IT) .

Excellent client management and coordination skills.

Team handling or mentoring experience preferred.

Hands-on exposure to job portals & sourcing tools is a plus.
