About Us :

We are an early-stage fintech on a mission to revolutionize consumer lending with a first-of-its-kind, market-disrupting product. I, the Founder, am 30 years old with over 8 years of experience across top consulting firms (MBB), venture capital, and a top-tier Indian business school, and have advised leading fintechs and NBFCs. We have already raised our first institutional round and are now in the process of closing our pre-seed.

Role Overview :

This is a leadership role focused on building, managing, and scaling our on-ground operations for a disruptive new lending product. You will be responsible for hiring and leading partnerships and business teams, establishing processes, and managing operations at a national scale. This is a unique opportunity to co-build and expand a market-changing fintech product from the ground up.
