The Job
Work with the interior design team to develop design solutions.To prepare and develop with the team where required, drawings, models, images, material & mood boards, and other documents relating to the design.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Illustrator, SketchUp, V ray or similar design software.Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goals have been met.Able to deal with the management of junior & intermediate designers on the team.Ability to create a computer-based floor plan and work with design software & templates.The Profile
You have at least 2 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Real Estate.You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.You have working knowledge of autocad, sketchap, 3dmax and communicationYou possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical dataYou are a strong networker & relationship builderYou pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standardYou are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.The Employer
