Key Responsibilities :

Expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes across various IT technologies and business units.
Proficient knowledge of core IT technologies with basic understanding.
Skilled in building Boolean strings for effective candidate sourcing.
Experience in recruiting citizens, green cards, and EADs.
Ability to work on challenging core IT roles and negotiate compensations to onboard candidates.
Experience working with ATS-VMS and recruiting portals like Dice, Monster, etc.
Flexibility to work in US timings / Night Shift (EST / CST / PST / MST) and meet performance-based targets.
