Role Overview

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic advisor, employee champion, and change

agent. This role is responsible for aligning business objectives with talent and management

within designated business units, serving as a key partner to Randstad Technologies. The HRBP

will maintain a strong understanding of the business unit's financial position, culture, and market to provide strategic HR support.

Responsibilities

Strategic & Advisory :

Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on talent management (recruiting, development, performance, succession, org design, and change management) to influence key operational and strategic decisions.

Talent Management :

Assess and anticipate human resource needs and identify emerging talent issues.

Provide input on workforce and succession planning, as well as business line restructuring.

Collaborate with HR colleagues to develop effective policies, programs, and solutions.

Operational Execution :

Lead and mentor team members, managing the delivery of products and services

to achieve business goals.

Administer employment guidelines and regulations and manage employee

training programs.

Manage end-to-end HR transactions, including onboarding, policy clarification,

performance management, engagement activities, employee grievance management, and separation.

Relationship & Culture :

Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with senior executives toestablish credibility as a trusted advisor.

Find ways to build morale, improve workplace relationships, and boostproductivity and retention.

Champion a & One HR & culture, fostering mutual accountability and respect within the HR team.

Qualifications

Experience : 10+ years of Human Resources experience, with a focus on designing, building, and implementing HR functional programs, policies, and procedures.

Key Competencies :

Superior consulting, leadership, management, and mentoring skills.

Strong business acumen, outstanding strategic thinking, and creative problem-

solving skills.

Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and managing conflicts.

Proven experience in managing end-to-end HR transactions.

Personal Attributes : Must be a well-organized, self-directed, and politically savvy team

player with strong interpersonal skills and organizational agility.
