Job descriptionHave basic knowledge of performance marketing (courses, self-study, internships, or projects) Are comfortable with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Funnel Builders, Email / WhatsApp automation Love data, testing, and learning what works in ads Have strong written English & can think creatively Are hungry to learn, experiment, and grow fast Direct mentorship from me (Founder & CEO) Work on real high-ticket campaigns (₹5L–₹20L+ ad spends) Growth roadmap → Marketer → Senior Marketer → Head of Growth Exposure to funnels, automation & AI tools that most agencies don’t use Performance-based incentives on top of salary
🚀 We’re Hiring : Fresher Performance Marketer – Pixxcel. 🚀
Pixxcel is a performance marketing agency helping India’s top coaches & EdTech brands scale using paid ads, funnels & automation.
We’re looking for a hungry, detail-obsessed Fresher Performance Marketer who wants to get hands-on experience in scaling high-ticket brands. You don’t need years of experience, just strong marketing knowledge, curiosity, and a fire to execute.
What You’ll Do :
- Assist in running & optimizing ad campaigns on Meta, Google & YouTube
- Support with webinar, VSL & lead magnet funnels (setup, testing, optimization)
- Help with landing page creation, copy testing & conversions
- Brainstorm & execute ad creatives, hooks & copywriting
- Track campaign metrics (CPL, CTR, ROAS, Attendance) & prepare reports
- Assist in WhatsApp / SMS / email automation flows for clients
- Stay updated with AI tools & industry trends to boost campaign results
