Job Title : Senior Engineering lead – Mobile Developer

Grade : 4B

Span of Control : As per the role

Recommended years of Experience : 8- years of experience

Minimum Qualification : In ComputerScience / Electronics / EE

Location : Bangalore

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing products and candidate should have knowledge in End to End Mobile development life cycle.

• Experience in use highly modular codebase to reduce build times and increase productivity
• Experience in developing custom Android Studio plugins to simplify developer workflow
• Experience with architectural patterns of large, high-scale applications
• Experience with infrastructure roadmaps and product strategy
• Understanding of mobile applications development life cycle and ability to plan / design various features in stages
• Good knowledge in Java.
• Excellent debugging skills.
• Good understanding of Kotlin, jetpack components, Android Studio, Android NDK, etc.
• Experience and understanding of large and complex code bases and architectures.
• Experience in API design, SDK architecture, and mobile software lifecycle development practices.
• Strong UX / UI design exposure and experience in making apps work intuitively and with pixel perfect interfaces.
• Strong CS fundamentals (with competencies in algorithms and data structures).
• Highly accountable and takes ownership, with collaborative attitude, and a lifelong learner.
• Good to have : A GitHub account with some neat projects in it.
• Experience in delivering fast local builds, reliable continuous integration, and productivity enhancing tooling
