Order Management Specialist in ServiceNow
We are seeking an experienced Order Management Specialist to join our team and support the implementation of data quality, migration, and process optimization projects in ServiceNow.
This role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure seamless data migration and process execution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Main Responsibilities :
- Support large-scale data migration projects from external systems to ServiceNow, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Define and validate functional mappings and migration strategies for key OM objects (accounts, products, CIs, contacts, contracts).
- Collaborate with international teams to implement functional requirements and best practices for data quality and consistency.
- Act as the functional point of reference for the team in all data-related aspects of Order Management.
Requirements :
