Job description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Product Listing on E-commerce channel partners :

  • Product listing management & creation
  • Optimize product listings to improve visibility and conversions.
  • Monitor sales trends and implement strategies to boost revenue.

Customer Communication :

  • Manage all email communications with buyers, ensuring clear and professional responses.

    • Shipment and Post-Shipment Communication :

  • Inform buyers ones a shipment has been dispatched.
  • Notify buyers of any delays, ensuring transparency and proactive issue resolution.

    • Production Follow-up :

  • Track progress and follow up on running orders, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.

    • Qualification :

    Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

    Experience in Sales and Retail roles

    Knowledge of MS-Excel

    Proficiency in e-commerce platforms is a plus

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, Freshers can also apply

    Salary : Up to 20-25K CTC / Month , Exp. ( 0 - 2 Yrs. )

    Location : Sitapura Industrial Area Tonk Road Jaipur
