Educational Technology Support Specialist

Job descriptionManage student registration, dashboards, and certification processes. Handle ERP integration with other academic platforms. Generate reports for management on student progress. Configure exam rules (randomization, difficulty, and time limits). Validate uploaded content before exams. Run pilot tests to ensure functionality. Implement AI-based proctoring systems. Monitor exam sessions and flag violations. Generate post-exam integrity reports. Convert faculty-generated content into LMS-compatible format. Ensure proper tagging, formatting, and categorization. Upload content in multiple formats (PDF, video, interactive modules). Provide real-time assistance to students, faculty, and schools. Log, track, and resolve issues within defined SLA. Maintain knowledge base and FAQs for recurring problems. Error-free and secure exam conduction. Weekly IT performance and incident resolution reports. Smooth student and faculty experience across platforms.
