Role Summary
The GSC Product Manager leads the development and deployment of digital strategy for the Global Supply Chain (GSC). The role drives innovation through technology, aligning digital tools with business needs to simplify processes, reduce losses, and enhance operational efficiency. Collaboration is central, working closely with engineers, designers, IT&S teams, and stakeholders across bp's supply chain to deliver scalable, value-generating digital products.
What You Will Deliver
- Lead the vision and digital strategy across the global supply chain to drive business performance.
- Identify opportunities and prioritize deployment of digital applications and tools in collaboration with global supply chain teams and hubs.
- Act as the digital innovation champion, keeping pace with industry advancements and leading development of the next generation of supply chain technologies.
- Partner with IT&S and external vendors to deliver effective digital products.
- Manage digital solution design, MVP testing, pilot deployment, and rapid global scale-up.
- Define and manage annual digital budgets (revex / capex) and ensure funding aligns with business outcomes.
- Guide agile product teams, ensuring commercial, operational, and technical alignment of digital initiatives.
- Maintain a methodical approach to track performance, user adoption, and return on investment of digital tools.
- Mentor cross-functional teams, embed digital as a core operational enabler, and support capability building within the GSC.
Experience & Qualifications Required
10+ years of experience in product management or digital enablement roles within supply chain, manufacturing, or logistics environments.Graduate degree in Business, Economics, STEM, or equivalent digital accreditation.Proven track record in delivering successful digital products aligned with business strategy.Prior leadership roles with end-to-end accountability in digital or product-focused roles.Hands-on experience with agile methodologies, cost-benefit analysis, risk evaluation, and value realization from digital solutions.Familiarity with supply chain operations, IT architectures, and emerging digital technologies.You Will Work With
