Job Description
A CNC operator uses a computer numerically controlled (CNC) machine to
perform tasks like drilling, cutting, and shaping materials. They are
responsible for setting up and operating the machine, monitoring the
process, and ensuring the final product meets specifications.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate the machine : Load materials, input instructions, and
adjust the machine settings
Monitor the process : Make adjustments to the machine to ensure
accuracy and quality
Inspect the product : Ensure the finished product meets the specifications
and blueprint
Perform maintenance : Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting
to keep the machine running smoothly
Document the process : Record the machining process, including
measurements, defects, and issues
Follow safety guidelines : Wear appropriate personal protective
equipment (PPE) and follow safety procedures

Other duties
Plan stock inventory and order parts
Prepare etching solutions to repair damaged metal
Maintain coolant and oil levels
Change collects, tool inserts, tool blocks, and tool holders
CNC operators may work on items like engine parts or other metal
machinery.

Experience : 3 yrs Qualification : Diploma / BE.Electrical Two Wheeler is must with Immediate Joining.
