Position : Articulate Storyline Developer

Location : Remote (India)

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Articulate Storyline Developer to join our remote learning production team in India. This is a pure development role – you will work on building and publishing eLearning modules in Storyline, based on supplied scripts, designs, and storyboards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline 360 as per storyboard.
  • Implement interactions, triggers, variables, and branching logic.
  • Integrate audio, video, and graphic assets into Storyline projects.
  • Publish and test courses for LMS compatibility (SCORM / xAPI).
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance and debug issues.
  • Update / repurpose existing Storyline modules as required.
  • Maintain structured file management and follow brand / style guides.

Required Skills

  • 2–4+ years of hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline 360 .
  • Strong knowledge of triggers, variables, layers, and advanced interactions.
  • Experience with SCORM / xAPI packaging and LMS deployment.
  • Basic skills in audio / video editing and image optimization.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to deliver on deadlines.

    • Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, or Lectora.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG / 508).
  • Familiarity with HTML5 / CSS / JavaScript for advanced Storyline customizations.
  • Portfolio of prior Storyline work.
