Job Title : Spanish & Portuguese Speaking SDR (Sales Development Representative)
Location : Delhi (Hybrid – 2 days / week in office)
Work Timing : 4 PM – 1 AM (Rotational shift, may change in future)
About The Role
We are hiring Spanish-speaking and Portuguese-speaking SDRs who have prior experience in outbound calling, sales, and prospecting. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospects from Colombia and Brazil , generating sales opportunities, managing pipelines, and closing deals.
This is a performance-driven role where fluency, communication skills, and consistency in outreach play a critical part.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 100–150 outbound calls daily to prospects in Spanish- or Portuguese-speaking regions (Brazil & Colombia).
- Identify, qualify, and convert leads into active sales opportunities.
- Build and manage CRM pipelines — prospecting, lead nurturing, deal creation, and closure.
- Conduct product pitches, demos, and follow-up meetings as required.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate activity logs, notes, and follow-ups in CRM.
- Work closely with the Sales and Customer Success team to ensure smooth transitions post-sale.
- Improve outreach strategy based on conversion insights and feedback.
QUALIFICATION
Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese (Native-level fluency preferred).1–3 years of experience in Sales / SDR / Tele‐calling / B2B outbound prospecting .Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms is an added advantage.Ability to work the assigned 4 PM – 1 AM shift .WHO SHOULD APPLY
