Focused on working with Project / Account Management teams to ensure timely marketing asset delivery exceeding quality benchmarks.
End to End Project Management – communicating with PM / AM, sharing project updates, mini-production plans, as needed.
Ensuring workflow / project management tools and processes are implemented and followed rigorously.
Liaison between the PM / AM layer and the execution team.
Responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery and achieving high quality services.
Ensuring that key metrics are met consistently across reporting periods.
Monitor CSAT responses and ensure scores exceed SLAs for the service line.
Proven experience in managing the delivery of WCM and DAM applications with medium to large teams.
Establish a strong relationship with the client, manage change requests and scope creep, track daily activities of the team, and provide direction and guidance as needed.
Drive design, development, and deployment of standardized metrics and dashboards to measure delivery of project / tracks.
Monitor project baseline to ensure that the activities progress as per the plan.
Participate in all Agile ceremonies like - Sprint Grooming, Planning, Retrospective etc.
Identify productivity and incorporate quality process improvements.
Guide the team in technical & domain aspects.
Ensure that the team maintains a high level of competence and operational excellence.
Publish status reports with metrics for the internal and external stakeholders.
Define best practices.
Identify gaps and come out with process and action plans and tracking them to closure.
Proactively identify risks and issues and develop mitigation plans.
Identify business problems and come up with solutions and frameworks.
Generate and execute onboarding, training, knowledge transfer, and skill-building plan of new team members.
Assist in hiring the right talent for the team.
Participate in pre-sales activities of like proposals, POCs, etc.
Define code review process for the team to follow and perform code reviews.
What will you need?
8+ years of experience in Content Management Systems like AEM / WCS / Drupal, or equivalent.
2+ Years of mandatory experience in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager)
Good understanding of agile execution methodology
Experience in managing around 30+ resources in a single account or multiple accounts.
Experience in defining end-to-end solution architecture covering technical deployment architectures, and non-functional and performance aspects are desirable.
Certification in Web CMS is preferred.
Must have good experience of working in a cross-functional matrix organization with PM / AM, offshore development team, senior management, and multiple client support teams.
Publishing project status, presentations to the client and internal stakeholders.
Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills along with exceptional presentation skills.
Providing value added solution services by program reviews; monitoring the post service activities like follow up with the AM / PM, service reminders and managing customer grievances for superior services experience.
Managing queue handling and day-to-day analysis for maintaining staffing levels; monitoring day to day resolution closures and case aging to ensure timely resolution.
Preparing & presenting various weekly / monthly MIS reports pertaining to process / productivity and ensuring all learnings are adequately captured in process KB.
Implementing processes to achieve efficiency in various operations impacting the productive time of marketers, driving customer facing process improvement initiatives.
