Job description

Role Description :

  • Security Configuration : Manage Oracle HCM Cloud system configuration, security settings, applications, users, groups, and group memberships.
  • Access Management : Implement and maintain user access controls, ensuring appropriate permissions and roles are assigned
  • Monitoring and Maintenance : Monitor, maintain, and create scheduled jobs and processes in data exchange and BI reports
  • Incident Response : Identify and resolve security incidents, ensuring system reliability and performance
  • Collaboration : Work closely with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to understand security requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Documentation : Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for security configurations and processes
  • Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with the latest Oracle HCM features and technologies, and continuously improve existing security systems and processes

Key Technical Skills :

  • Oracle HCM Cloud : Extensive experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Compensation, Talent Management, Oracle Recruiting Cloud and Recruiting Booster
  • Integration : Expertise in application interfaces and integration strategies using standard APIs and open interfaces, Redwood Experience :
  • Redwood Design : Familiarity with Oracle's Redwood design principles and experience in implementing Redwood user interfaces.
  • Visual Builder : Proficiency in using Oracle Visual Builder to customize and extend Redwood applications.
  • User Experience : Ability to enhance user experience by leveraging Redwood's modern and intuitive design elements.

    • Desired Qualifications :

  • Experience : Minimum 2-3 years of work experience configuring and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Communication : Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work on multiple assignments while meeting deadlines
  • Agile Methodologies : Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies
