IT Infrastructure Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain and support network infrastructure within IT User Zones and Application Availability Groups.
• Design, plan, and implement network transformations and segregations across multiple European business units.
• Perform installations, configurations, and migrations of network infrastructure from legacy systems to new platforms.
• Ensure network designs meet business requirements in terms of performance, security, and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with Cloud, Server, and Application teams to deliver integrated infrastructure solutions.
• Document technical implementations and create handover materials (SOPs, runbooks) for regional support teams.
• Ensure operational compliance with defined ITIL-based SLAs and support processes.
• Participate in rotational shifts and extended hours as required for global support coverage.
• Present technical project updates and participate in infrastructure planning meetings.
