Job Description :
NOVO Insurance Broking Services is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager / Business Development Executive to lead and expand our client base in Bhimavaram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting a range of insurance products including life, health, and general insurance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and acquire new clients through field sales, networking, and referrals
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers and partners
- Understand client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
- Meet and exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth policy processing and customer service
- Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and competitors
