Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Linear Manager based in Zirakpur. The Linear Manager will oversee daily operations, coordinate between different departments, and ensure that all projects are completed on time and coordinate with productive KRA's designing. Responsibilities include managing staff, developing and implementing operational plans, and monitoring performance metrics. Additionally, the Linear Manager will handle budgeting, resource allocation, and maintain compliance with company policies and industry standards.

• Team Leadership, Staff Management, and Performance Monitoring skills
• Budgeting, Resource Allocation, and Compliance knowledge
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in a managerial role within the health, wellness, or fitness industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field

Experience : 10-17 Years

Salary : 8LPA-16LPA (No Bar depends On Interview)
